To protect the Everest Interactive Response Technologies (IRT) including the Interactive Web-Response System (IWRS), electronic Diary (eDiary), electronic Patient Reported Outcome (ePRO), and the Clinical Data Dashboard from unauthorized use, and to ensure the system is functioning properly, activities performed on these systems are monitored, recorded and subject to audit. The use of these systems is expressed consent to such monitoring and recording. Any unauthorized access or use of these systems are prohibited and could be subject to criminal and civil penalties.
